- Drink lots of water at least 4–5 liters of water daily. Water is very important to make your body systems function well & increase your metabolism rate.
- Sleep sleeping is very important, that is the night sleep not the sleep of morning or afternoon because your body is designed to reboot its system for all the new updates only at the night hours. from 10 am to 6 pm. Other than this only for the purpose of rest we don’t need to sleep at night.
- Instead of having tea try to have green tea without sugar. Every day after your lunch eat 3 pics of bananas. And drop down your habit of tea,
- Detox with green tea, lemon, detoxifying drinks, etc this helps you to wash the pollution from inside of your body
